I know its a weird thing to like, but I really enjoy early mornings.
It is true that you get lots done if you wake up early, which then makes you feel better and more prepared all day!
Here are my top three reasons to wake up early!
You get more done! I think its the most important because you feel like you've achieved more in one day.
Breakfast! I don't like to rush my breakfast, and getting up early means you can sit down and really enjoy it. This is not only good for how you feel but also great for your body. Your digestive system wont be struggling to digest and you'll feel fuller for longer. Result!
You can switch off earlier! Or have more time to get ready to go out! When every things done its so much easier to just switch off, curl up on the sofa with Ben and Jerry's (they come up a lot in my posts) and just relax. Or alternatively you get a lot more time to do your hair, then dislike it and do it again!
So there they are my top three reasons to wake up early! Im sure you have your own but its definitely something you should try and get into the habit of!
So enjoy your early starts, unless you've been out the night before!

Meeting new people!
On average it is estimated we see around about 67 people on a weekend and about 900 on a weekday!
We of course don’t speak to all these people but some we will let into our lives. Some will become your best friends, and as I’m sure everyone has experienced at one time of another… some you will wish you never met!
Today I met editor of Company magazine Victoria White, she was amazing. It was just fascinating to meet someone like her and find out how she got to where she is. I’m a big believer in learning from others mistakes and also learning from their successes, so talking to people as successful as she is, is always an inspiration.
Another thing I’ve found about successful people is, they didn’t get to where they are without some pit falls. Take Simon Cowell for instance, he went bankrupt before he clawed it all back (and more). In comedian Michael Macintyre’s book he talks all about his down falls, and says how it would of just been boring to write about just his successes.
The thing I learn most about people who inspire me is the amazing climb they took to get there. So if your struggling right now, or find you don’t seem to be getting there KEEP GOING!
The climb up may seem impossible, but the view from the top will always be worth it.

Mothers Day
"Your arms were always open when I needed a hug. Your heart understood when I needed a friend.
Your gentle eyes were stern when I needed a lesson. Your strength and love has guided me and gave me wings to fly."
Sarah Malin
Looking at the internet there are many different reasons why we have this day and how it came about. From greek festivals, to just the eternal love for a mother. For me though, I believe it came about because everyone world wide understands the importance of a mother.
So this mothers day make the time to take that card to your mother, or even just that phone call. Make sure your mother knows just how important she is to you.
There is life after the bagel
"There is life after the bagel", this was a hilarious statement made from a family friend after I explained how I practically live on them for a week. I can explain...
The thing is I LOVE bagels. I love them from their golden coating to their chewy center. So when my parents gave me some that had already been frozen I stupidly let them all deforst. The problem now was I couldn't decide wether it was safe to freeze them once more. So with the fear my beloved bagels would turn on me like a pack of nasty prawns (I am not a fish fan) I had to consume them quick! So a whole week of what I called 'bageling' began!
Day one: Plan 'eat as you know' it seemed common sense to eat them as normal with philidelphia. Not a problem... until I ran out of philadelphia! So I was on day one and was down two bagels and one tub of philadelphia, it was not the most optimistic start.
Day two: Plan 'treat them as bread' I know it seems simple but with that hole in the middle you have to adapt the food your putting on. So it was sausage bagel for breakfast, careful placing of the sausages over the hole... genius! Then dinner was bacon bagel, the bacon proving the perfect hole blocker.
Day three: Plan 'try and make them healthy?' By day three all this bread and fatty food wasn't making me feel great. To solve it I made a salad bagel! Using a lettuce leaf to cover and secure the hole!
Day four: Plan 'you only have to bagels left' With the end in sight it was all going great. A simple butter on bagel for breakfast, and bagel with beans and egg on top for dinner! The bagel problem was over!
So that is how you live off bagels! You'd think after all that I may be off bagels by now, but to be honest i'm going to eat one now.
